Well, technology and lifestyle are making us more sedentary with fast and processed foods, sugar and fizzy drinks all contributing to the obesity epidemic that is sweeping the globe. As a food and fitness coach, I meet so many people who are simply confused and overwhelmed about healthy eating and just don’t know where to start. Some struggle with motivation and of course life just gets in the way, so focusing on healthy eating and regular exercise seems impossible to achieve.
This is where I come in. As your coach, I will focus on YOUR needs and help you get ‘connected’ with the FOOD you eat, together with a manageable and fun EXERCISE program that will fit into your lifestyle. Thanks Raisie, I did a 40-mile bike ride and the magic and realisation of how fit and strong I have become really hit me the following day when my muscles didn’t hurt and the awaited exhaustion never arrived.
